1. Who we are
BookRankPro is a product of 2uall LLC, a company registered in Georgia, United States. When this policy says "we", "us", or "BookRankPro" it means 2uall LLC. You can reach us at support@bookrankpro.com.
2. What information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to provide the service:
- Account information — your email address, and optionally your first and last name, when you create a free account or complete checkout.
- Payment information — your payment is processed entirely by Polar (our payment provider). We never see or store your card number, bank details, or billing address. Polar shares only your email and name with us after a successful purchase.
- Search queries— the keywords and topics you type into BookRankPro tools (e.g. "handwriting workbook"). These are sent to Amazon via our data providers to fetch live results.
- Saved outputs — content you choose to save inside the dashboard (e.g. generated listing copy or keyword results) is stored in your account.
- Usage data — standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel).
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account
- To verify that you have a paid subscription and grant access to the dashboard
- To send you a welcome email when you purchase (we use Resend for email delivery)
- To process your search queries and return live Amazon data
- To generate AI-powered content using Anthropic's Claude (your search queries are sent to the Claude API)
- To respond to support requests you send us
- To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described in Section 4.
4. Third-party services
BookRankPro is built on top of several trusted third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

5. Cookies
We use a single authentication cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is shown because we only use essential cookies.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal information from our systems within 30 days. Purchase records may be retained longer where required by law or our payment processor.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data

8. Children
BookRankPro is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
